Who we are

Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email, phone number, the trips and dates you ask about, your group details, and the preferences you share. When you book, we also collect payment details, and any dietary or medical information you choose to share so we can keep you safe on the trip.

Information we collect automatically. Basic device and browser data, the pages you view, and information from cookies and similar tools (see the Cookie policy below).

Information from others. Details from payment providers and booking partners involved in your trip.

How we use your information

To answer your inquiry, shape and confirm your trip, process payments, keep you safe while you travel with us, send the updates you ask for, improve this site, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Our legal basis

Where the law requires a legal basis, including under GDPR, we rely on the performance of a contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in running and improving HUSAAK, and compliance with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with those who help us deliver your trip or run our business: payment providers, our booking and operations systems, the guides and partners who run your trip, our analytics providers, and public authorities where the law requires.

Sending data outside the Kingdom

Some of these providers may process your data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where that happens, we take the steps the law requires to keep your data protected.

How long we keep it

We keep your personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these, write to saudi@husaak.com. You may also raise a concern with the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), or your local data protection regulator.

This site is not directed at children. Trips that include minors are booked by a parent or guardian, who shares any information needed to keep the child safe. The minimum age for our trips is 7 unless stated otherwise.
