Company Overview

Al Jebal Al Hajariya Travel & Tourism is a licensed travel and tourism company registered to operate in Oman, and Rocky Mountains Travel & Tourism Company is a licensed travel and tourism company registered to operate in Saudi Arabia. Both companies operate under the name “Husaak Adventures” and will be referred to as Husaak or Husaak Adventures in this contract. All adventure activities are promoted under the brand name “Husaak Adventures.”

Important Information

Please read and understand the following booking conditions carefully. They form the basis of the contract between you and Al Jebal Al Hajariya Travel & Tourism for services in Oman, and between you and Rocky Mountains Travel & Tourism Company for services in Saudi Arabia, as provided by Husaak Adventures. By booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimer: Concepts, Events, Trips & Experiences

Acknowledgment of Risk

Husaak Adventures operates in regions where accommodation, transport, safety, hygiene, medical facilities, and other infrastructure may be below the standards you are accustomed to. All our activities, especially those in remote regions or areas with hazardous wildlife, carry inherent risks of injury, psychological trauma, illness, property loss or damage, inconvenience, and discomfort. By booking with us, you accept and assume these risks to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We rely on information from government advisories and local sources to assess conditions. You are responsible for keeping yourself informed. Your decision to participate in our activities is made with full knowledge of potential risks.

Husaak Adventures provides services with due care and skill, but we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties such as guides, transport providers, or accommodation suppliers, nor for any loss or expense resulting from their actions.

You confirm that you have not relied on any representations that are not explicitly stated in these conditions.

Husaak Adventures is not liable for clients violating laws or regulations in destinations visited. Any arrangements outside the Husaak Adventures experience are at your own risk. Husaak is not responsible for loss or damage, regardless of cause, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Prices

Prices are based on published rates set by Husaak Adventures. We reserve the right to adjust prices until full payment is made. Dates, prices, and itineraries are indicative and subject to change. Insurance and personal expenses are not included.

Payment Terms (FIT, Private Trips, Signature Weekend Trips)

Payments

• 100% payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Amendments

• Booking changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Each case is assessed individually.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

If You Cancel

Cancellation must be submitted in writing.

Refunds are based on the following:

• 30 or more days before the trip: 90% refundable
• 29 to 7 days before the trip: 50% refundable
• 6 days or less, or no-show: non-refundable

Credits

In special circumstances, management may issue credits. Credits:

• Are valid for 12 months
• Must be used in the country of the original booking
• Are not transferable or redeemable for cash

Cancellation by Husaak Adventures

Husaak may cancel activities and will notify you promptly. If this occurs, you may accept alternative arrangements or receive a full refund minus any unrecoverable costs. We are not liable for additional costs incurred by you.

Force Majeure

Husaak is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, airline delays, or adverse weather. In such cases, we may offer alternative arrangements or a credit minus unrecoverable costs.

Changes to Your Experience

Changes may result from road conditions, weather, vehicle breakdowns, or other unforeseen events. We will notify you when practical. Husaak is not responsible for loss of enjoyment or delays caused by such changes.

Consent of Leadership

The decision of the Husaak guide or representative is final on all safety-related matters. Participants must follow local laws and instructions. If you fail to comply, Husaak reserves the right to remove you from the activity without a refund. Further arrangements will be at your expense.

Age Limit

Participants must be 18 years or older to book. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Husaak reserves the right to refuse participation to minors deemed unfit for the activity.

Your Safety

• Life jackets must be worn during water activities
• Helmets and harnesses are mandatory for climbing, caving, and abseiling
• Husaak provides safety gear, but personal gear is allowed if it meets standards
• Failure to wear required gear or follow staff instructions is at your own risk
• Participation with or without supervision is at your own risk

Medical Fitness & Disclosure

You must disclose any medical condition that could impact your safety or others’ enjoyment. A medical assessment may be required. Husaak may cancel your booking or remove you from an activity without refund if your condition poses a risk.

Endurance, Health & Fitness

Many experiences require walking, hiking, kayaking, or other physical activity. Conditions may involve heat, rocky terrain, and steep ground. If you have concerns, contact us before booking. Husaak may cancel bookings deemed physically unsuitable.

Complaints

Report any issues to your guide immediately. If unresolved, submit a written complaint within 30 days of the trip’s end. We will make reasonable efforts to address it.

Publicity

You agree that Husaak may use images of you taken during your trip for promotional purposes without compensation or approval.

Privacy

Your personal information is collected only to provide services and may be shared with service providers when necessary. It will not be sold, leased, or shared otherwise. We aim to maintain strict confidentiality.

Governing Law

This contract is governed by the laws of the country where you booked:

• For Oman: Omani courts have exclusive jurisdiction
• For Saudi Arabia: Saudi courts have exclusive jurisdiction
